For some reason this reminds me of a Clive Barker story I read a when I was a teenager (so a LONG time ago ;D) about a pair of hands that are in conflict. The right hand wants to do away with the left hand...or maybe it's the other way around? Doesn't matter. I think the story was called "The Body Politic". Or maybe that was the title of the short story collection. Anyway, not sure why this picture reminded me of that story....

i took this pic because i loved the way she hold the cigarette, the funny part is that she took a pose thinking i was shooting her face and never thought i was focusing on her hand :)
